Wheat Halwa with Badam

Ingredients Required: 

Badam - 5 nos (Chopped)

⚜Wheat flour - 1 cup 

⚜ Jaggery - 1 cup

⚜Water - 1/2 cup

⚜Ghee - 1/4 cup

Making Instructions: 

⚜Heat a pan and add Jaggery and water to it. 

⚜Wait until the Jaggery is completely dissolved in the water. 

⚜After that, transfer it into a bowl. 

⚜Now, clean it up and add ghee and wheat flour to it. 

⚜Stir the wheat flour continuously for 2 minutes. 

⚜After that, add the dissolved Jaggery into it. Make sure to filter the jaggery liquid to avoid tiny stones. 

⚜Mix all the ingredients continuously until combined and get into the halwa consistency. 

⚜Once done, shift it to a bowl, top it with the chopped badham, and serve it hot or cold.
