Refund Policy
We, at Lion Dates, use the latest technology to pack our dates in a specific atmosphere, which makes them last for a longer duration.
However, we understand sometimes you may be required to make a return. We do not wish to complicate things for you and so we have a simple return policy.
Follow these tips to help ensure it’s a smooth process:
Damaged Package:
While we do everything possible to ensure the safe arrival of your product if the package arrives broken, snap a photo and send us an email at customercare@liondates.com (Subject: Damaged Package: Name, Phone Number, Order Date), and we will make sure you receive the replacement as soon as possible without any additional charges.
For a refund for the same package, please include your account information when you write to us. We will refund your payment promptly.
Different Order:
If you haven’t received the package that you ordered, please email us at customercare@liondates.com ( SUBJECT: Different Order: Name, Phone Number, Order Date). We’ll check to see if there was a problem with your order. If we need to resend any items, we will do so. For a refund, please let us know your account details. We’ll initiate a refund after we receive the logistics proof from your end (just the tracking details).

Cancellation policy:
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order and remove it before shipping it out. If this happens, please note that some of the products in your order may already be in transit, so we can’t guarantee that removing one will undo all shipping charges.
No cancellation of products is possible too.
