However, we understand sometimes you may be required to make a return. We do not have a complicated policy to make things difficult for you. In fact, we have a simple and straightforward return policy that everyone can easily follow.

If you need to return, follow these tips to help ensure it’s a smooth process:

Damaged Package:

While we do everything possible to ensure the safe arrival of your product if the package arrives broken, snap a photo and send us an email at (Subject: Damaged Package: Name, Phone Number, Order Date), and we will make sure you receive the replacement as soon as possible without any additional charges. If you would like a refund for the same package, please include your account information when you write to us. We will refund your payment promptly.

Different Order:

If you haven’t received the package that you ordered, please email us at ( SUBJECT: Different Order: Name, Phone Number, Order Date). We’ll check to see if there was a problem with your order. If we need to resend any items, we will do so. If you want a refund of the same package, please let us know with your account details. We’ll initiate a refund after we receive the logistics proof from your end (just share the tracking details).

Cancellation policy:

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order and remove it before shipping it out. If this happens, please note that some of the products in your order may already be in transit, so we can’t guarantee that removing one will undo all shipping charges.

No cancellation of products is possible.
