- 2 medium sized ripe bananas,sliced
- 5-6 pitted dried dates
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- Sliced almonds
- Toasted coconut flakes
- To begin with let's get a blender and add the ripe bananas, dry lion dates, almond milk, cardamon, and cinnamon and start blending.
- Now, blend them on high speed until it is smooth and creamy.
