- Oats - 1 cup
- All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
- Salt (Required)
- In a blender, add oats and make it into a fine powder.
- Now, transfer it to a bowl & add all-purpose flour and Salt to it.
- Sprinkle a handful of water and knead the flour into a soft dough.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it up into small discs and deep fry it into the oil.
- Flip the dough until it is fried well.
