  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup almond milk (desired milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Lion Honey

Instructions:

  1. Gather all the ingredients and ensure that the dates are pitted.
