  1.  Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix it until it is well combined. This will be the base of your popsicles.
  2. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each popsicle mold, filling it about one-third of the way. Sprinkle a spoonful of Muesli over the yogurt layer. The Muesli will add a delightful crunch and nutty flavor.
  3. Drop a few mixed berries into each mold. You can use a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, as it adds a burst of freshness and natural sweetness.
  4. Repeat the layering process. Add another layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by Muesli and more berries. Continue layering until the molds are almost full, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, making sure they are well-centered. The yogurt mixture should hold them in place.
  6. Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until completely solid.
  7. Once the popsicles are fully frozen, run the molds under lukewarm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Gently remove them from the molds.
  8. Serve your Muesli and Yogurt Breakfast Popsicles immediately. You can customize them by rolling the popsicles in additional Muesli for an extra layer of crunch.
  9. These popsicles make for a refreshing and nutritious breakfast or snack. Enjoy them on a hot day or whenever you're in the mood for a tasty and wholesome treat.
