Muesli and Yogurt Breakfast Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Lion honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Lion Muesli
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions:
- Add Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix it until it is well combined. This will be the base of your popsicles.
- Add a layer of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each popsicle mold, filling it about one-third of the way. Sprinkle a spoonful of Muesli over the yogurt layer. The Muesli will add a delightful crunch and nutty flavor.
- Drop a few mixed berries into each mold. You can use a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, as it adds a burst of freshness and natural sweetness.
- Repeat the layering process. Add another layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by Muesli and more berries. Continue layering until the molds are almost full, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, making sure they are well-centered. The yogurt mixture should hold them in place.
- Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until completely solid.
- Once the popsicles are fully frozen, run the molds under lukewarm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Gently remove them from the molds.
- Serve your Muesli and Yogurt Breakfast Popsicles immediately. You can customize them by rolling the popsicles in additional Muesli for an extra layer of crunch.
