Hot Chocolate with Dates Syrup

Ingredients: 

1. Cocoa powder - ⅓ cup
2. Water - ⅓ cup
3. Dates Syrup - ½ cup
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. Whipped cream - As required

Cooking Instructions: 

1. In a cooking bowl, add water, cocoa powder, and dates syrup. 
2. Whisk all the ingredients together until boiled. 
3. Right after that, pour milk into the chocolate mixture and whisk again. 
4. Now, pour the hot chocolate into a glass and add whipped cream on top of it. 
5. And that's it, enjoy the hot chocolate with Dates Syrup.
