Honey roasted sweet potatoes
Honey roasted sweet potatoes are a delicious and healthy alternative to candy or other sweet snacks. They are a great source of dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, and potassium. Honey roasted sweet potatoes are also low in calories and fat.
- 2 large potatoes ,peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Step 2: Take a bowl and add sweet potatoes,olive oil,honey and mix well.
- Step 3: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle some olive oil over thr top.
- Step 4: Bake the potates until becomes tender for upto 20 minutes.
