Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Lion Dates Syrup
- 4 cups cold water or sparkling water
- 2 tbsp rose water
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp sabja seeds (basil seeds), soaked in water for 10 mins
- Ice cubes
- Fresh rose petals and mint for garnish
- A pinch of cardamom powder
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Soak sabja seeds: Soak basil seeds in ¼ cup water for 10 minutes until they swell and become gelatinous.
- Mix the base: In a pitcher, combine Lion Dates Syrup, rose water, lime juice, and cardamom. Stir well.
