Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 5–6 Lion Qyno Deseeded Dates
- 1.5 cups cold milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tbsp Lion Dates Syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prep dates: Soak deseeded dates in warm water for 5 minutes if they are firm, then drain.
- Blend: Add bananas, dates, milk, dates syrup, and vanilla to a blender.
- Blend smooth: Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into glasses over ice if desired. Drizzle with extra dates syrup and serve immediately.
