Ingredients

  • 6–8 Lion Qyno Deseeded Dates
  • 2 cups cold full-fat milk (or oat milk)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp Lion Dates Syrup
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Soak dates: Soak deseeded dates in ¼ cup warm water for 5 minutes to soften. Drain.
