Ingredients
- 2 cups Lion Qyno Deseeded Dates
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp Lion Dates Paste
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp ghee (optional, for binding)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Dry roast nuts: Lightly dry roast almonds, cashews, and walnuts in a pan for 2–3 minutes. Let cool.
- Blend nuts: Pulse the roasted nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped (not powdered).
- Blend dates: Add deseeded dates and dates paste to the processor. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Combine: Mix in the chopped nuts, coconut, cardamom, and ghee. Mix well until everything comes together.
- Shape: Grease your palms with a little ghee and roll the mixture into small round ladoos.
- Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
