Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Dry roast nuts: Lightly dry roast almonds, cashews, and walnuts in a pan for 2–3 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Blend nuts: Pulse the roasted nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped (not powdered).
  3. Blend dates: Add deseeded dates and dates paste to the processor. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Combine: Mix in the chopped nuts, coconut, cardamom, and ghee. Mix well until everything comes together.
  5. Shape: Grease your palms with a little ghee and roll the mixture into small round ladoos.
  6. Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
