  • 5-7 Lion Qyno Deseeded Dates
  • 1 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk (plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 cup plain or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Lion Dates Syrup
  • Ice Cubes (optional for extra thickness)
  • Calories: 250-350 (depending on ingredients)
  • Carbohydrates: 40-50g
  • Protein: 5-10g (with Greek yogurt)
