Ingredients:

  • 1 cup  Lion Ajwah Dates & Mixed nuts combo (for walnut)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the dates and walnuts until they stick together.
  2. Add cocoa powder, shredded coconut, salt, and vanilla extract. Pulse again until everything is well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls using a spoon or cookie scoop.
  4. Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Place the truffle balls in the fridge for up to 30 minutes to firm up before serving. You can also store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week
