- 3-4 Lion Delicacyl Dates, pitted
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Lion Dates Syrup
- Pinch of Cardamom (optional)
- Ice Cubes (optional for extra thickness)
