  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 3-4 Lion Delicacyl Dates, pitted
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Lion Dates Syrup
  • Pinch of Cardamom (optional)
  • Ice Cubes (optional for extra thickness)
  • Calories: 300-350
  • Carbohydrates: 40-50g
  • Protein: 5-10g (with Greek yogurt)
