Ingredients 1 cup Qyno Deseeded Dates 1/2 cup Salt Roasted Cashews 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1 tbsp lemon juice 1-inch of ginger, grated 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp chilli powder (adjust according to spice preference) Salt to taste How-to do In a food processor, combine pitted dates, raw cashews, chopped red onion, lemon juice, grated ginger, ground cumin, chilli powder, and salt. Process until a coarse paste forms. Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed. Adjust seasonings with additional lemon juice, salt, or chilli powder as desired. Serve immediately or store in a tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
