Carrot Pancake with Lion Dates Sugar

Do you love pancake that tastes amazing? Then you will love carrot pancake! They are perfect for breakfast or dinner and very easy to make.

  • 2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 1/4 milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup date sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tables vegetable oil
  • Step 1: Add chopped carrot in a blender and blend well.
  • Step 2: And add milk,raisins,egg,vanilla to the carrot and grind until it becomes smooth.
  • Step 3: Mix all the dry ingredients such as flour,baking powder,salt,cinnamon and date sugar in a seperate bowl.
  • Step 4: Now combine the dry ingredients with wet ingredients,oil and blend well nicely.
  • Step 5: Heat a pan in a medium heat and add butter. Scoop a spoonful of batter onto the pan,cook the pancake on bothsides until becomes light brown.
  • Step 6: Once the pancake is ready transfer it to the plate and if you need an extra flavour, you can apply honey or date syrup over the pancake.
