Brownie protein balls with date syrup are a delicious and nutritious snack that are perfect for when you need a sweet treat but don't have time to cook.
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoon date syrup
Step 1: Combine almond flour,cocoa powder,flax seeds,chia seeds and grind them in a large food processor.
Step 2: Next add almond butter and date syrup in a food processor and mix it well until a sticky dough is formed.
Step 3: Scoop the batter by using tablespoon on a baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Step 4: Roll the balls by hands and roll them in cocoa powder if necessary and give this yummy protein balls as a evening snack to your child and store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
Protip: If you need extra flavour you can add coconut flakes,walnuts,sunflower seeds,dried fruits etc 😋.
