Badam Milk with Lion Badam

Badam milk is a must-try Indian drink that is made from the milk of the badam. It has a sweet, fruity taste and is perfect for giving your morning coffee or tea that special something.

  • 25 Almonds
  • 4 or 5 pieces cardamoms
  • a pinch of saffron
  • 5 cups of milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  1. Now, add those almonds, sugar and cardamom powder to the blender use a cup of chilled milk and make a smooth paste.
  2. On a medium heat boil the milk and once it boils, add the smooth paste to the milk and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. (*P.s: Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning milk😶- Tip from the one who burnt the milk 🙃)
  3. Sprinkle a little saffron on the top. serve hot or chilled based on your preference.

A word from the one who went nuts for badam milk: You can refrigerate it for 2 days. (*But, it is not gonna last that long cause it is soooooo good*)
