DATES SMOOTHIES

If you prefer a high-fiber drink, date smoothies are recommended for you and your kid.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ¼ cups oat milk
  • 4 dried dates - Shop Now
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
