DATES SMOOTHIES
If you prefer a high-fiber drink, date smoothies are recommended for you and your kid.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 ¼ cups oat milk
- 4 dried dates - Shop Now
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
